Complete checkout, keep your order reference and head to the yard during opening hours. You don’t need to wait for a collection confirmation.
Collect your materials
Come to our Wallasey yard with your confirmation and a suitable vehicle. Tell the team the name and order number you used—we’ll help you load your materials.

Monday–Friday: 7:30am–5pm
Saturday: 8am–12pm
Sunday: Closed
Check with us before travelling around bank holidays. If an item is marked with a lead time or is specially ordered, check that item’s availability with us before travelling.
Arrive ready to load
- Your order confirmation: have the reference and the name used to order ready on your phone.
- A suitable vehicle: check the length, size and weight of the materials. Bring suitable load restraints.
- Any requested identification: check your collection messages for anything else we need.

How quickly can I collect?
For stocked materials, you can come straight down after ordering—no ready email needed. If an item shows a longer lead time or needs special ordering or preparation, call us to check that item before travelling.
Can I change my collection arrangements?
Call with your order number before making the journey. We’ll check what can be changed and confirm the next step.
What if the order is too large for my vehicle?
Talk to us before collecting. We can help you check alternatives, including delivery where available. Read the full collection policy for the detailed arrangements.
